How It Works
Step 1: Add Your Habits — Type a habit name in the input field and click "Add Habit." Start with 3-5 habits maximum. Too many habits at once leads to overwhelm.
Step 2: Check Daily — Each morning or evening, open your tracker and check off completed habits. Each check is a vote for your new identity as someone who follows through.
Step 3: Track Streaks — Watch your streak numbers grow. The streak display shows how many days in a row you've completed each habit. Never break the chain!
Step 4: Review Weekly — On Friday or Sunday, review your week. Which habits were completed consistently? Which need adjustment? Use this data to optimize your system.
